Each month on this rolling news style programme, she presents the headlines and business review, focusing on financial, scientific and medical news and trends, discusses the various issues raised with her co-host and engages various high level industry figures in in-depth and one-to-one and panel interviews.
Ann’s career started out in regional television as a live and location hard news reporter/journalist researching and reporting on current affairs, travel and later sport….with a difference.
A keen interest in investigative and challenging stories led to recent factual, original documentary development on such diverse subjects as ‘The abuse of mobile phones’ with Doctor Barnardo’s and world wide police forces and undercover research on ’Medicine magic and murder’.

With a love of the fast moving...Ann established herself as an authoritative travel and lifestyle journalist and broadcaster of note, presenting a variety of programmes for Sky TV’s Travel Shop and Travel Channel and guest analysis on BBC Radio 4 and 5 Live on environmental, energy and conservation issues to the very latest developments in worldwide health and news.
She has been widely published and contributed to a host of magazines and newspapers including Travel, Wanderlust, The Daily Mail, The Daily Express, Hair & Style, Beauty Today and Capital Times.
In the sport area she also fronted SKY SPORTS and FOX USA ‘World Bowls’ coverage from Thailand and provided incisive commentary and voice over for ‘The World Pool Masters’ and ’The World Snooker Championship’.
Ann regularly hosts at conferences, events, congress and symposium particularly in telecoms, pharmaceutical and travel and presents corporate and training videos for organisations as diverse as O2, Thomson Holidays, Britannia Airways, RBS, Telewest Communications, Roche, Roche Diagnostics, The National Maritime Organisation (part of the United Nations), Disney, T Mobile, Microsoft, The Audit Commission and the Health & Safety Executive. In addition to presenting, Ann often researches and script writes the content as well, and offers media and conference training for speakers and panellists such as Direct Line Insurance and EMC².
