Edwin has an evangelical zeal for helping people improve their communications skills. He is a great believer in “small talk leading to big talk” in the corporate and educational field.
Edwin has a career pattern ranging from a shipping clerk with P&O, a deputy headmaster, financial services specialising in seminar selling to actor, bingo caller, auctioneer, professional speaker and business mentor.
His accumulated knowledge in all aspects of speaking and presentation skills, his educational background as a special needs guru and with the simplicity he can put over a message to his audiences. The humour and passion that he displays interacting with his many and varied audiences and the flexibility he can show reading his audiences reaction have made him a leader in the art of communication and presentation skills.
He is currently working with his son, John, and they have co-written a Presentation Skills book “Making Yourself Heard”. This is a step-by-step guide in the art of presentation. The obvious and the less obvious advice are to be found in his workshops and book.
Edwin’s clarity in putting over a clear and concise message to his audience has made him a winner. He is currently researching the aspects of Negative Management and “bullying in the workplace”, and its effects on staff relations.
