Areas of Expertise

Sports motivation helped Ian forge a ten year career in Internal sales where he became skilled at proactive and reactive sales. Working for such organisations as ACER, Edify and TIS, Ian has successfully opened opportunities in markets where others have failed. He has the will to win in sport and at work. Success is his goal in life.

Ianís sporting and work careers compliment each other in ways that can only be explained by looking at his results.

ďAn Olympic Medal is any sports persons dream, much the same as a £1million order is any sales persons dream. I relate this to sales teams in a way that is understood in the sale process. A bronze medal relates to your £100k order, or first stage of a tender process. A Silver medal relates to the £250K order or second round of the tender process and the target for any champion. A Gold medal or your £1million order and winning tender bid ď

Each stage takes a different level of preparation and training. Be 100% committed and prepare well and you could win that Gold Medal in sales.

Champions are the ones who make the right choices and face up to their challenges.
