Jim is a renowned business and thought leader who has held numerous executive positions in Fortune 100 / FTSE 100 companies.

He is the former Executive Director & Chief Financial, Information and Procurement Officer for Xerox EMEA, which is part of the $15+billion Xerox Corporation.

He has held senior executive positions for Reckitt Benckiser, Quaker Oats (PepsiCo), BOC and Xerox Corporation. During his period with Xerox he held positions in Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Global Services & Solutions, Global Procurement and Audit, which included two separate US assignments totalling 5-6 years, in Manufacturing & Supply Chain and a Global Business Group. During his time as Quality Director for Xerox EMEA he led the company to win both The British and Dutch Quality Awards.
