Jim Lawless, Personal Development Speaker, Motivational Speaker, The Ten Rules for Taming Tigers, The Year of the Racehorse, • Inspirational/Motivational Keynote and call to action – Taming Tigers, • Gaining The Mental Edge in Sales, • Building Winning Teams, • Taking the leap into leadership – Taming the Leadership Tiger, • Leading Change, • Engaging the Organisation, • Leadership Communication, Jim is the only speaker to have developed a unique model for personal success in business and to have put his life on the line to prove it works! He agreed to a bet for £1 from an audience member that he could not become a licensed jockey in 12 months. At the time he had never ridden and was 2 stone overweight. He was not allowed to use anything outside of the Ten Rules to help him. Twelve months later he rode in his first race on the TV in England, an event which attracted national media attention and propelled him to being one of the most sought after and respected speakers in the UK. Feedback from his appearances around the world is consistently excellent with agencies, conference organisers and the business leaders being thrilled with the result. It has even been known for them to cry (tears of Joy!). His books, The Ten Rules for Taming Tigers and The Year of the Racehorse are both due out this year.

Background

Jim is the only speaker to have developed a unique model for personal success in business and to have put his life on the line to prove it works!

Jim’s trademarks are inspiration, energy, great humour, challenging calls to action, solid, practical tips, and meticulous preparation to re-enforce the messages of the day and to match the culture of the organisation and the level of the audience.
