Jodie specifically was the Consumer Presenter for Australia’s leading TV Network; Channel Nine and now is working with various media forums and Government Organisations on consumer related issues.
Jodie has over 20 years experience in varying industries such as retail, tourism and hospitality, working for world leading corporate organisations throughout Asia and Australia. Jodie’s business was established 1994, and has grown to become the sales and service training consultancy of choice for some of the most prestigious and successful organisations. She has featured on the front cover of both the ‘Australian Small Business’ magazine and ‘Direct Marketing International’ in the UK/Europe.
Jodie has contributed to numerous publications on consumer related issues and is currently writing her first book on the psychology of consumerism.
