Lady Lusche, Corporate Host, After Dinner Entertainer, Presenter, Humorous Alter-Ego, Mo Shapiro Look-a-like, As a conference host, Lady Lusche is the perfect aristocrat to have around, well versed in etiquette and protocol. Organisers can relax knowing the proceedings are in the safest of hands and speakers can be sure they will be afforded great care and attention. (especially if they are fellow aristocrats). She can tell many a tale about her troublesome relationship with Lord Lusche and often finds a confidential letter from conference delegates or one of her many celebrities to entertain her audience. She ensures a smooth handover for speakers and workshops and is renowned for her excellent timekeeping. She is an aging hippy who is eccentric and completely out of touch with reality. She has had many traumas in her life and after overcoming them becomes an ‘expert’ in each one and how to manage it better. She dabbles in many alternative therapies and astrology. (Reiki, head massage, psychology, counselling and Hopi ear candles.). Lavinia Lusche has an opinion on everything which she gives freely, invited or otherwise. She has been described as mutton dressed as lamb, though she sometimes dresses in that quaint, old fashioned and uncoordinated style beloved of the aristocracy. She is stuck in a loveless marriage to Lord Lusche and though she claims to have made an old man happy, this is not a reciprocal arrangement. Of course she is delighted to have his title and considers herself very close to royalty. He is virtually a recluse these days while she still has plenty of partying inside her. They have two children who lead independent lives and have as little to do with their parents as they possibly can. (Their older daughter, Aphrodite, has inherited her mother’s creativity and Lavinia believes her stories of celebrity and romance.) Lavinia is an ardent star watcher and, through the snippets gleaned from ‘Hello’ and ‘OK’ magazines, she finds plenty of material to create the many letters that ‘fall’ into her postbag. She can tell what is going on in ‘celebrities’ lives and believes that through the help she offers them and shares with the rest of the population, she provides a public service to many. She is a free spirit who believes she can help people and, miraculously, seems to more by accident than design. Lady Lusche is the alter ego of Mo Shapiro, a master practitioner in NLP and an emotional fitness expert.
