In 1999 she established her own corporate hospitality company, Teamworks Karting, with her partner Michael. As CEO, Simone heads up Sales, Marketing, PR & Investor relations and via private equity, obtained the 1million required to build the first venue in the heart of London.

Teamworks Karting achieved over 1milllion revenue in its launch year and has entertained over 35,000 customers since opening the first venue in April 2001. The latest venue in Birmingham, which opened in Nov 2004, has already entertained over 10,000 guests.
