Topics / Content:
The common view that ‘people don’t like change’ is not necessarily true.
In fact the majority of people are very well equipped to deal with change. However, what people struggle with is the lack of consistency in the behaviours of their leaders. People need a ‘constant’ that allows them to deal with change.
This session brings a new perspective to the issues related to change and how leaders are meant to manage change to get the best out of their people. In this session we will look at how to equip people to deal with change. Participants will examine the role of the leader or manager in leading the change in their organisation.
Content will include:
People’s reaction to change
What people fear the most about change
What drives people to achieve?
Creating consistency that makes dealing with change possible
Leading in a change environment
‘Change’ in the culture of an organisation
This workshop tackles the real issues surrounding people and their resistance to change. The participants will recognise the real barriers to change and make the necessary steps to create a culture that encourages change and enables people to deal with change. As a result of this session, participants will be able to plan how to create an environment that releases people’s potential.
Total workshop cost is £4500 + Vat per day.
